This is a short post on how I am trying CloudCannon to manage posts on my website. So far it seems to be working quite well.
I can add some editable regions to my permanent pages so I can edit content in more of a WYSIWYG editor. For my posts, I need to set up the _drafts folder. That way posts will only appear once I save or publish them.
Jekyll adds such a great way to manage and update my site. I am glad I have found this and I am able to be in control of my website and blog more than WordPress. Don’t get me wrong though, I love WordPress and setting these kinds of sites up for my clients.
If this begins to work the way I believe I can get it working, I think I may have a way for my wife to add, edit, and update her website!
